I would up surge of strength, the added str is Nice, but the reduction in cool down is what sold me on it. +16 str BONUS with only a 30second cooldown (after the surge) has made this almost "always on" for me.
Off topic but many people forget about it, at 100 and 150 physical fitness you gain the stamina burst, and stamina second wind ability respectively. When used strategically they make a huge difference.

Yeah i was just reading about those. That is cool. also had a few tonics made which gives 60 stamina. oh i barely use surge of strength guess i should eh

If your maul is ensorcelled, I'd consider Spell Parry to help not get struck by bolt spells. All of mine are mainly passive/defensive cmans.

If I know I'm going to hunt in Nelemar, I switch Bull Rush back to Charge, etc. Sunder Shield is also nice depending on where you hunt, but it's more RP-ish for my warrior.

also not cman, but my guess is this is arena prep, be sure to get your guild badge specced out. Mine (which is a big one) gives me 5 str bonus (which maxes out my STR with surge) 10 blunt weapon ranks, and +10 stamina recovery. Add a month long enhancive charge and it's by far my best enhancive.

I would probably take another two ranks in weapon specialization.. not particularly exciting, its good to get a rank or two in some of the offensive maneuvers too as that will help with dodging them when used against you.

I notice none of the lists here include Tainted Bond which I'm planning to pickup soon on my warrior. Is general consensus that the points are better spend elsewhere? (I'll probably pick it up either way, but I'm interested in hearing the argument against.)

ANY cman skill in the top ranks becomes very expensive and it's value starts to drop off. WSPECI 4 & 5 is 18 points, personally I feel those points aren't worth the gains. you could up surge and get spell parry, or get tainted bond for example.
Tainted Bond.
I have gotten, untrained, and recently regotten this skill. I think in the arena style, 1:1 combat those extra bumps will be very helpful. I don't have math to back this up, but I feel like bond is better for 18points than WSPECI 4 and 5. Not to say tainted bond is the best thing ever, it's not, but in direct comparison, I think and extra +25 every 8(9?) swings will lead to more crits and kills than a static +4 across all those swings.
I picked up tainted bond (again) because I have shit tons of cman points, I wouldn't recommend it to most people before cap, those 18 points can do a lot of more helpful skills, (until you get those skills)
EDIT
Since we are whippin em out...

This is a bit more tuned to what I think will be useful in the arena, and I will probably tweak some things after it closes,
the stun maneuvers are a prereq for steady shield.
Mighty blow prereq for sunder, sunder I find useful in the arena with some turtle bastard champions but will probably dump immediately

Yeah, Tainted Bond is cool, but it's more of an endgame thing. I also wouldn't recommend it unless you have at least a T4 weapon. It's also worth keeping in mind that, if you get hit a lot as polearm/THW warriors tend to do, you'll be flaring health a lot and won't get the doubled AS boost as often as you'd like.
