Ardwen had it listed as having sold at 65m a couple years back. That 2x ice immolation short sword sold for 28m fairly recently. Seems like the fire short sword that sold recently too, but I couldn't find it looking back.

This is the only sancted immolator in the game as well, which means it's the only one that can (reasonably) be used versus undead, and acid generally works well on corporeal undead.

Oh, bad job on reading my bad. Every swing jumps it to 35-50m but 70m seems steep considering the weapon type.
