After a careful inspection you determine that a perfect maple-handled mithril ridgemace requires skill in blunt weapons to use effectively. It appears to be a modified mace.
It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of mithril.

I need a perfect morning star. I'm not sure there are glyphs available for this. BUT...if you have one and can forge one Ill buy it.

Aye, there is spikestar AND morningstar glyphs. Same base weapon, but the morning star takes 1/3 longer to forge and requires a trip to RR for the glyph. neither of which is horribly problematic.
