Error installing lich

It asks me if I want to install sqlite3, I click yes, it then gives me an error message about gem.bat not being in ruby23/bin folder.

Any thoughts?

You installed the wrong version of ruby, you must download and install 2.0.0, you have 2.3 installed it seems.
