Agi or dex items and a fancy hat

Looking for agi or dex items that are not weapons, shields or armor. Looking for less then or equal to +8 stat or +4 bonus items.

Also looking for a nice hat. Through my own stupidity i sold my black cavalier one to the pawnshop. Nothing floppy or silly looking. Looking for something roguish or debonair.
