Some settings aren't saving

Having some weird issues on my plat character I'm not having on my prime characters. Oddly all my lnet allow settings, alias settings, and waggle settings seem to not be saving at all. I have to redo everything each time I log in. Plus, and this happened for the first time just tonight, but I haven't changed anything in my waggle options except for the time settings, and waggle fried my nerves. This was doing it as soon as I logged in too.

Anybody have any ideas?
