Gorveneh Potion (earth pre-temper enchanting potion)

Looking for a handful of Gorveneh Potions. I don't do alchemy so I'm at a loss for a few of the ingredients. I'll help out as much as possible if needed.

Recipe is as such:

Gorveneh Potion

Add water
Add ayana leaf
Add essence of water
Add coarse glittering earth
Simmer
Add powdered smoky topaz
Add essence of earth
Add faintly glowing dust
Boil
Add powdered uncut diamond
Infuse mana
Add greater essence of earth
Chant Enchant Item
