Fashion Week Fundraising Auction

On Saturday, 8th April, members of Elanthian Elegance and The Looking Glass will be holding an auction of high quality, unique, and elegant items to raise awareness and funds for this year’s Fashion Week. Interested parties are invited to assemble in the Lily Manor Event Hall (lich #25182) at 6.00pm to peruse the catalogue and partake in a glass of champagne before the bidding begins! An escort to the venue will be available from the Landing North Gate.

Please note that we will not be running a pre-auction on the PC this time as there will be a lot more items up for grabs. I will, however, try to post a list - or at least a teaser - nearer the time.

I'm pulling together the final list of lots for this weekend's fundraising auction but I thought I'd give you a teaser of some of the amazing items up for grabs:

Change of plan; due to popular demand, I will be setting up a pre-auction here shortly to allow for early/initial bids. They will be announced as reserves or opening bids on the night. Please note that I will NOT be able to make proxy bids on your behalf at the event this time around though, so if you cannot make it, you run the risk of being outbid on the night. Sorry.

The pre-auction will close at noon today and the auction event is at 6pm this evening in the Lily Manor Event Hall (lich #25182).

HUGE thanks to everyone who turned out for the fundraising auction last night, it was an amazing success and we managed to raise over 8 million in commission on the sales! Thanks also to everyone who participated in the pre-auction here, whilst most of the bids were bettered on the night, two people did manage to successfully win their lots. I have updated the table in the PRE-AUCTION (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?108209-Fashion-Week-Fundraising-Pre-Auction) thread to reflect all the winners and their bids.
