Looking to buy two characters. First one I'm looking for is a female Half-Elf rogue, between levels 50-70, second is a male elven race (Half-elf, Elf, Dark Elf) wizard, between level 50-70 as well.

They don't need to be on the same account, they don't need to have anything, max stats for 100 would be nice just to save on having to get a fixstat later.

They don't need to have any items, artisian skills, society, or guild work.
