rift - yes, celebrites are the devil (die easy but they can auto ward you and have cloak), haven't scattered much

sanctum - most stuff is lowish level so that helps, shapers again are older and have cloak of shadows. the swarms can be BRUTAL here, but at least you don't have to deal with sentinels fucking disarm.
