What are you trying to do? Are you trying to use it to implement a simple symmetric encryption system yourself or do you have some ciphertext you are trying to decode? If the latter, you need to provide more information especially if you know anything about the original file. You can try a simple decrypter like https://wiremask.eu/tools/xor-cracker/ but that is probably only going to work if the original was in a simple format.

Decoding some ciphertext. What sort of info do I need to provide?

Don't think that tool will work, as cool as it is, its only coming up with 1 or 2 key length keys and I think the one I'm looking for is around 6.
