Trying to install ruby, program wont run

Just got a new computer and trying to install ruby 2.0 and the installer wont run on Windows 10. It worked on my old computer using windows 10. Tried to change the compatibility settings and that did nothing. Any insight? Thanks.

Works for me on 10 but seem to remember having to install the GUI libraries separately... mobile at the moment... can't be much more detailed than that but maybe it helps.

Additionally, seems to be hung up somewhere because I can't even delete the file to redownload and try again. It's weird.

Compatibility probably doesn't matter in this case... make sure rubyw.exe is set to run as administrator.

In my past tests... GS4 runs pretty slow on wdw 10

If you run more than one Character at a time ya may look into installing wdw7 on a separate partition...
