Dhe'nar or Faendryl language earcuff

Looking for the usual type that lets you understand a spoken language. Preference is for a Dhe'nar-si earcuff, but I'd settle for a Faendryl one.

I lost track of who has what, but haven't seen any of these sold for a while now.
