High(ish) End Runestaff

Looking for something fun to play around with on my baby 17 caster for a long while. Enhancive isn't really necessary, as he probably won't be able to utilize the good ones.

Currently using a 4x/3x Acuity staff. Bland.

Have around 30mil to spend.

Duskruin is right around the corner and I'm sure there will be more higher end runestaves available. Might want to wait, just a thought.
