Question on 1604 flares

Can't seem to find an answer to this. I know flares and weighting will block the plasma flares of 1625. Does anyone know if the same is true for 1604? Looking at some Eonake weapons that have fire flares or weighting. Was wondering, can I still use 1604 on a holy weapon with flares?

Yes, if it has flares or weighting then you won't get plasma flares from 1604. Needs to be a sanctified weapon without any special properties.
