Curious as to an estimated value of the following. I've had it for a while but never really use enhancives, so it will likely be better served in the hands of someone else. Seeing as how it crumbles on magic/enhancive, would it be worth permifying this weekend before selling, or would it not make any real difference as far as value considering the cost to apply the service? Any insight is very much appreciated. Thank you.
a simple amethyst ring - +6 Thrown Bonus, +11 S&H Bonus, +2 Climbing Bonus, +3 Swimming Bonus
This is a small item, under a pound. In your best estimation, it's worth about 250,000 silvers.
You sense a faint aura of magic around the amethyst ring. From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the ring is to cast a spell or perform some magical purpose. Also, it seems to have some sort of enhancive properties.
From the rapid vibrations of the amethyst ring, you determine it has no spell within it now, but could be imbedded with one, in the proper hands. You estimate that it can contain an average amount of mana.
The ring resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus to Thrown Weapons Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 21 times.
It provides a bonus to Stalking and Hiding Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 44 times.
It provides a bonus to Climbing Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 1 times.
It provides a bonus to Swimming Bonus.

You think that you could probably find out something more about the ring's enhancive properties if you tried.
The magical strength of this item is strong. It could probably handle the imbedding of an entirely new spell, if handled with care.

The ring looks to have a lot of charges remaining.
You sense that the amethyst ring will crumble into dust after its last enhancive charge has been expended.
You sense that the amethyst ring will disintegrate after its last magical charge has been expended.
