Merchant Feedback: Cash Transactions

I thought it might be useful to create a new Merchant Feedback thread that is limited to CASH transactions.

The other Merchant Feedback thread -- http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?27738-Merchant-Feedback -- Has gotten pretty long, and it's hard to sort through relevant feedback.

If you have had a positive CASH transaction, where they sent you cash via GoA or Paypal, please post in the http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?27738-Merchant-Feedback thread and include a reference to a cash transaction.

The list is obviously missing a lot of people who should be listed, so please feel free to post and vouch for them.
If for any reason you would like to be removed from the list, please message me.

The names listed below were taken from the other Merchant Feedback thread. The feedback had to state something about cash to be included in the following lists. There are people missing from these lists, because I was unable to determine every cash transaction. As always, you should make your own decision when buying or selling from someone.

You should still check the other thread if they're not listed here, as their silver transactions may also provide feedback that will help you determine whether or not to buy/sell from them. There are lots of people who have positive feedback, but the feedback didn't state the terms of the exchange.
