Lost Staff in OTF

Lost my Walking Staff in OTF lost it to a Seer 02/16/2017 GM says janitor didnt get it, I killed everthing in the area for a good 2 hours or so looking for it, GM states someone must of picked it up.
Any info greatly appreciated. Fornoxx in game
