I found and grabbed two carousels off the Teras and Ta'Illistim pawnshop tables today. Unfortunately loresinging doesn't tell me the owners

Huh I did that and was told that was fixed (ability to pawn sell).

Or maybe instead it was the ability to use it (once pawn system bypassed attunement, which was humorous).
