I cant recall seeing an item with those stats sell recently, at all. So gotta try to appraise based on comparison to things that have sold.

Heroism with the same stats has gone for 5m or more recently.

But mobility is not self-cast nor valued as highly as heroism, so I would say you could try selling it for 3m.
