Resident Evil 7

Will probably wait till it goes on sale, but I've heard great things about it. Seems like its more Silent Hill type game, where you aren't a Special Agent.

Also just found out there is a demo. Going to give it a try this week.

I've talked to a few who've enjoyed it. They say it plays quite differently than pretty much every other recent RE game, but it's swinging the gameplay away from action and more towards survival horror. I just wish the VR wasn't limited to Playstation.

I played the demo and it was ok. Not super interested because I have no idea what the actual connection is to the RE series.

The demo was a lot of fun and scared the crap out of my wife and my two teenagers. It's on my hit list after I finish FFXV.

My brother has been playing it and really enjoying it. It's definitely a different style than what they've been doing, being all first person and more suspense than action oriented, and it's kind of a throwback to the "solo guy exploring a crazy mansion" scenario from the first game. It's good enough that I've been trying not to see too much because I'm going to play it at some point myself, probably after I finish AC: The Ezio Collection.
