Do any paladins that have this spell have ANY clue how to set an anchor to send the body back to? This is really frustrating!

This is a spoiler, so if you dont wanna know it, dont look!
Prep 1620 and kneel. Pray <message> with a ceremony, and the link will tell you if you have done enough to set it. Only places in landing it's even possible to my knowledge is voln and the temple.

Probably the same spots you can do 330 (Prayer of I-Need-GM-Attention...er...commune)

I anchored properly at Voln. Then when I tried to use it...
>pre 1620
>cast glax
You gesture at Glaxius.
The faint beginnings of a steely silver light begin to form above Glaxius's body, but swirl about erratically and fade without any further development.
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.
He was LKed and in my group. Whats the deal?
I was the one who killed him... think that matters?

Let me find the log of the anchor...
K>pray Lord Kai, make this a safe haven for my fallen brothers and sisters.
You intone a low prayer:
"Lord Kai, make this a safe haven for my fallen brothers and sisters."
As you bow your head with the last words of the prayer, you begin to feel a strong tie with your surroundings, but the moment is fleeting.
You feel the magic of your spell depart.
Roundtime: 5 sec.
That meant it worked right?

<< but the moment is fleeting. >>
That is a failure. Try increasing your prayer length. Seperate stanzas with a semi-colon.

Someone mentioned that adding descriptions of your surroundings, similar to bards anchoring travelers song, helped.

I've done a long prayer and keep getting the message that the feeling is fleeting. I've just about given up.

My successful prayer was about 9 lines and included partial room descriptions, if that helps.

This is why people should have rolled paladins. I'm not looking forward to the wave of stupid questions from converters.
Because somehow playing a paladin for 20 levels would have answered this question?

<<Because somehow playing a paladin for 20 levels would have answered this question?>>
It did for me.
And if you rolled a paladin four months ago and still don't know how to anchor 1620, I'm not the one that loses.

And it certainly doesn't take 20 levels of being a paladin to read the following:
Prep 1620 and kneel. Pray <message> with a ceremony, and the link will tell you if you have done enough to set it. Only places in landing it's even possible to my knowledge is voln and the temple.

prep 1620You trace a simple symbol as you reverently call on your patron in the prayer for Aid the Fallen...
Your spell is ready.
>pray I search for Kai's blessing to aid the fallen,;Transport their bodies to the home of the holy,;If he should guide me, my duty shall be fulfilled,;The dead would be safe in my hands.
You intone a low prayer:
"I search for Kai's blessing to aid the fallen,
Transport their bodies to the home of the holy,
If he should guide me, my duty shall be fulfilled,
The dead would be safe in my hands."
As you bow your head with the last words of your prayer, you sense a deep spiritual satisfaction and a strong bond with the area.
The magic of your spell fades blissfully from your mind.
Roundtime: 5 sec.
Damn that's hard!

Has anyone located an appropriate place to use 1620 in Ta'Illistim yet? I've tried all the rooms in the Hall of Patrons, all the rooms in Sylvar Pointe, the Dais and rooms around the Dais, all the rooms around Briarstone Court, the gate area, the Clerical Supply Shop, the Lost Home, and the Library entrance. None of these rooms produced a message indicating that the area was appropriate for the rite. I kept on seeing, "As you voice the last of your prayer, you feel that this area is not wholly conducive to your holy rite."

I haven't been able to find any anchor points in Solhaven either, but I figure that's because the place is all screwed up in regards to fogging and gold rings.

When I was playing with the spell, it worked at altars...Oleani's and Ronan's, but I've recently been told that it works in Priestly Purchases in the backroom, where Kindarel is. I haven't tried there yet to make sure.

Don't forget about the SENSE Verb for Paladins now. That will help you easily find a Holy Site.
