Just need four more of those sets (one for each protrusion... head, arms, legs), combined with a set of normal sized metal breastplate, and you will have a full set!

It would probably be worth the same or more due to the fact that halfing plate is substantially lighter than max lightened normal plate - and halfling warriors / rogues / paladins - would greatly benefit from that additional weight reduction.
