Currently there are some items/abilities that exist that give a false positive for 402 being active:
currently it's matching:
You become aware of everyone near you...
and it should probably be more accurately matching against this line, which is indicative of Presence having duration:
You continue to feel much more aware of your surroundings.
Don't suppose whomever (Tillmen) might update this to be a bit more accurate?
