what is the silver of cash equivalent for that many points? or any points

I was looking at the last PP post and using that for comparison as well as what I sold my last batch of silvers for. So 7k per point works out to be 19.6 million silver.

You might have better luck if you were doing an account takeover, otherwise I'd recommend sitting on the points and letting the balance grow. You can't really do anything with 2800 points except maybe taking a standard 4x flaring weapon to 5x, and that's certainly not going to be worth ~19m silvers, especially with the enchanting update on the horizon.
