Straight up, it's hard to hear, but you've got a T5 nervestaff. No one really likes to pay anything for ensorcelling or alteration, and max light on a runestaff is negligible. The fact it has considerable affinity lessens the value. I would say you'd have a hard time selling it for 35-40m. Don't shoot the messenger, post it for whatever you'd like and test the market.

Well, here's the second rub from my perspective. BS prices are much lower around ~750 per these days. Which means the base value of this item has dropped from 20mil down to around 17mil (because buying in bulk usually nets you a discount). You can get T1-T3 for around 1.5mil per necroweek now due to the increase in sorcerers and this isn't a terribly challenging item to ensorcell (probably need a train 70 sorcerer with good enhancives to bring it from T2-T3). Once you get into the T4-T5 range it'll start costing 2mil per necroweek.

But, you usually can't make back your entire investment on ensorcells. That being said, the above buyer seems interested, but I think you'd easily sell it for 30mil. Make it an auction with that being the MB, and it might go for more.
