If you are earning script towards some armor get something for the future.
In the Common language, it reads:
This will unlock or advance your ethereal armor's defensive strength flares. This waiver will take it from tier 2 to tier 3. This waiver will ONLY work if your item is ALREADY unlocked to tier 2.
Get this for when you need it, now that we know things are going to stay the same, get this before someone else does
