This is a magical item, which casts spells from the Spirit sphere. It has a few charges.

The inset gold talisman contains the spell Benediction, from the Cleric circle.
You sense that the inset gold talisman will persist after its last magical charge has been expended.

913 does stack. Duration will depend on your MIU.

Example:
0 ranks of MIU
1 rub of a small statue grants you 20 minutes

My wizard has 128 ranks of MIU
1 rub of a small statuegrants him 123 minutes

My paladin has 21 ranks of MIU
1 rub of a small statue grants him 30 minutes
