Just wanted to give a heads up that if anyone has submitted a character transfer recently, Chris is on vacation until Tuesday of next week and any pending character transfers likely won't be processed until she gets back, 1/3/17. As a reference, I submitted a couple transfers on 12/23/16.
Edit: Also, the manager that answered the phone was extremely nice and just said that she more or less wanted to make sure no mistakes were made, which is why existing requests weren't being acted on until Chris' return.
