I'm not sure where to start with this in terms of price.

It provides a bonus of 6 to Wisdom.

The stickpin looks to have a lot of charges remaining.

You sense that the gold alloy stickpin will crumble into dust after its last enhancive charge has been expended.

That's a pretty nice pinworn. Both wisdom and to a slightly lesser extent OHE are sought after. It's also worth noting that wisdom converts to strength when that tower place is open, at least that's my recollection, so that widens the interest too. Pricing is difficult these days due to the huge influx of supply.

Get it permified at EG, swap Wis to Str at the Spire, and you'd be looking at 20-30m. As is, I would guess 4-8m. It's a really nice project piece -- very little investment needed for a huge value boost.

It's nice, but you won't get 20-30 for it in today's market for enhancives. I think your "as is" estimate is in the realm though.

I agree the market is depressed, but for a pinworn permanent with +6 Str and +8 OHE, I do think you'd be looking at at least 20m.
