I looked it over the other night and it appears similar to my own. Has two different sets of jewelry, alcohol, needle. I have NO idea why they bothered throwing the stone in there since you can just get a new needle and have a razor sharp one for every use. My old one also came with a note warning against abusing it, but I never had an issue. Pretty much you buy that and have infinite piercing jewelry in 2 flavors. And, I would think, unlimited scotch, forever! I kind of wish mine had scotch, but the shots of whiskey are good. I've passed that shit around at merchants wanting to get paid in alcohol before, stuff like that. When I bought mine a few years back I paid like 16-18m. It has a few more options for jewelry, so I figured the above listing was probably a reasonable comparable price. There are a few sets of these, but almost all on inactive accounts. Currently, as far as I can tell, there are now only 2 sets in the lands on active accounts. Hope this is useful for any potential buyers.
