Yeah, the Wounded Wear (https://gswiki.play.net/WoundedWear) is awesome -- it usually makes appearances at EG and Duskruin.

You can customize three different tiers of wounds, it's available for just about every worn location, and Retser has been increasingly generous with the unlocking (except for T3). You'll need T1 for altering, T2 has ambient bleeding when you have corresponding wounds, and T3 can tend wounds (but the pieces will become functional then).
