Race, gender, inventory doesn't matter, should have fixskill available, flexible on stats.

I have both on the same account, they are between 50-60 i believe. They were just used for spells ups. They have all the basic gear and fix skills since they haven't been used in the past year. Still looking for that elusive 40-ish level wizard. Got ~$200 I can spend on one. As first post says, race/gender/skills don't matter too much (especially if a fixskills is available)... stats should be decent.
