I'm attempting to enchant some 3 slot fusion full plate from +17 to +22. I failed the final cast today. Minor failure, loss of all tempers, so I'm starting over.

I'm using a lvl 90 wizard with perfect stats who I fixskilled to enchant only. I know the pour difficulty is supposed to indicate difficulty, and I poured it with a 138 bonus. No chance of failing the pour. I figured this meant I was fully able to enchant the piece, barring the normal 3% failure.

I've repoured and started over on it. Someone reassure me that it was just bad luck and that 90 trains is plenty to enchant fusion gear?

Did you save a log of the messaging for the final cast? It's possible it was a 3% thing.

I got the "something doesn't seem quite right" message, if that's what you're referring to?

Yes, That's the 3% random failure, so it has nothing to do with your stats. Given how much time it takes for enchanting, you'll probably complete a log-in cycle and have your gift of the Eonake available for each final cast, which should drop the 3% failure rate down to .09%. Only the final cast can has the random failure chance.

Thank you very much. :)

I have not really cared to much about the changes to wizards over the past year or so, since it does not appear to have had a profound impact on the way I play mine, but I would really love it if they would release the updates to 925 so we have a better idea about what the likelihood of completing an enchant is and no more kabooms.

Boost enhanc stat can probably add a little edge too.
