Two MR items - 107 and 403

Are MR 107 and 403 items worth anything? Just got two in a hunt (also, pretty cool that 405 can tell you that now). I don't deal much in MR items, so wasn't sure. (my first impression is no, they're not worth much, but thought I should check.)

405 doesn't tell you if it is player rechargeable - you still need a bard for that. It tells you how far much it can be recharged by a merchant due to the recent rules changes around that.

Both of those can be readily imbedded, so I suspect the price point on either is relatively low.
