Raffle Win- an eonake-edged folded razern katana

Won this in the Winterfest Raffle, no idea of what it's worth or even if I want to sell it. But I don't really use katanas so.. we'll see. Anyway, he's the info

3 lbs, 2x, sanctified, 7 to spirit lore blessings bonus, 8 to spirit mana control bonus, 4 to MIU bonus - 28, 22, and 8 trains needed, a lot of charges remaining.

VHCW- Checking out the katana, it looks like it is lightly weighted to inflict more critical blows than a normal katana. You estimate that the katana is very heavily weighted compared to normal weapons.

A distinct pattern resembling the grain of wood is present on the glossy black surface of the katana's blade. Incredibly thin lines blend together where hundreds of folded metal layers meld together, distorting the single streak of deep blue that runs the length of the curved blade. The matte silvery-white eonake edging the katana's blade contrasts sharply with the lustrous black gleam of the razern. An elaborate wrapping of crossed silver and black silk encases the hilt.

The katana reads "Moonlight Through Shadow" in Erithian

I'd say in the 200k range. Maybe a little higher if you find someone that collects new style katanas.

I'd get it assessed in case it has more than the standard katana weighting. Also tell us the name on blade, big selling point in that detail. It's a great show, and just based off what we know now I bet you could get at least a million easy, might make a good minimum.

Thanks for the info! Turns out it's VHCW and the katana reads "Moonlight Through Shadow" in Erithian. I've updated the OP. I assume this might effect the price?

Named blade fitting of its show, very nice. For comparison's sake, there is a plain jane razern katana with VHCW at a playershop right now for 1.5 million

If it were me I wouldn't take less than 2m, but the market is pretty tough at the moment. You may want to wait until after the Q4 auction. The enhancives might make it worth significantly more to someone as well, but I have no idea.

Are you illiterate? It would seem odd with how much you post, but perhaps it's voice to text? I just honestly can't fathom how you are unable to glean any insight from anything ever.

Yes, any prime member can attend the prime auction, and any plat can attend plat or prime auction. F2Ps can suck it. Anything else from the official post you need spoon fed to you?

Although there is a plane razern katana someone is trying to sell for 1.5 million, the most I have actually seen them go for is more like 500k.

The enhansives on this one are not the universally desirable ones like strength or THW/OHE ranks, but they are pretty great for a paladin. I suppose that makes sense given the overall concept of the item. Ignoring how the market is going to be for the rest of this week, I think in general that sword should be worth like 1.5-2 million.

Yeah this is about where I was putting it at myself, I'll probably wait until after the auction/holidays unless I get an offer. I'd LOVE to use it on my paladin but I'm not gonna FIXSTAT him for it. For katanas you have to train THW/OHE equally right?

To use two handed, you only need THW skill for a katana. To use it one handed you need both THW and OHE skills.
