Got my hands on an empath that is 35 and loving it but would like to find a nice spot/town to settle for a little bit and if I don't feel up for bounties grind a hunting ground.

I have no true ties to any town, which town may give me the best bang for my buck for grinding with 1106?

Shan out by solhaven are pretty fun. They can disarm though, so cheap e-bladed runestaff works out well.

Oh I was nervous since they are 42 but when my warrior was that level 10 years ago they were a blast.

I think you would be okay, but you'd want to test your CS vs TD to see if it's plausible. I have a group I hunt down (levels 35-49) there so it's harder for me to say if solo'ing them would be an easy task or not. If you can get a hit 90% of the time then i'd say you'd be okay. Maybe Sheru Initiates/Monks would be another option (level 37 and 41).

Storm giants are pretty easy ... I prefer the ones in Wehnimers since they also have skeletal giants (easy peasy for boneshatter) and you dont have to climb the gate to get out.

cool, appreciate the insights. Just happened to pick this gal up so didn't really have the leveling growing pains to really fine tune my skills, so although 35 and very much in the dark in my capabilities.

If you try Shan, you will find Wizards/Rangers the easiest - but the Warriors have major -CvA because they wear full plate, and the Clerics have very high spiritual TD. Rangers spike thorn, and warriors disarm/tackle.

Another great option is the Skeletal Lords and Warhorses in Castle Varunar (trail between Landing / Solhaven). They're both within range, and good targets for bone shatter. Beware, the lords also trip and disarm (and the warhorses use ewave).

Storm Giants and Cold Guardians behind the rolaren gate in IMT are rich.... Storm Giants mixed with Skeletal Giants in WL are not as rich, but super easy to access.
