Nothing I can see in the full lore song. It's a freshly made orb from a standard enhancive item found at Duskruin, so there shouldn't be anything in particular that would limit it other than the level requirement. If I'm wrong, anyone else can feel free to correct me, but as far as I can tell, the only limit is the level. It is obviously an old-style orb, so it also won't be limited like the new-style orbs will be.
