They are able to be padded, as this is a script.
Ethereal DS Tiers cost 50k for Tier 1, 100k for Tier 2, subsequent unlocks obtained by gambling only
Ethereal Padding unlock costs 1m script
Fluff Tiers are 10k per tier.
