I see you're also a Notre Dame fan.
After reading the transcript of the Weis press conference and seeing clips on SportsCenter, I have to say I'm impressed with the guy. He seems like a no excuses, no bullshit kind of coach who obviously knows how to win. Waiting 9 months to see the product on the field will be hard.
I think you'll see some meaningful changes on the field that will equate to wins.

If he runs the option I'll be happy. I was impressed with his conference but I'll wait to see what happens next year. He's got some solid talent on the team so as long as he puts it to use he should be good.
I should be able to make it to a few home games this year so I'm happy.

Talent at Notre Dame? Not that great sorry. I am a huge Notre Dame fan, but they just don't get the players. I really hope they keep Weis long enough to see at least 1 recruiting class through.

It's not great but it's a solid team. They should have done better this year but hindsight is 20/20

ND will take at least 2 or 3 years to actually rebuild into a bowl worthy team. Weis is a great O.C., but the question will be if he can be an effective head coach.
PS - It's ANTICOR Lobster boy.. not AnticorE

I don't care as long as the option comes back.
And I'm used to people fucking up my name. When I first started I found out there were critters called manticores in the game and knew it couldn't end well.
