Threw a bunch of enhancive runestaves, shields, and armor into Cappyn's shop in Ta'Vaalor (lich# 10450) ~ a particolored silk tent with colorful toy bears and candy canes strewn along the roof).

I looked up those robes and I believe they're SWDP.
