So lately I've been messing around with garrotes because, well they're just really fun. Anyway, while squeezing the life out of a cyclops and doing some testing my garrote broke. Problem is it's the ones that are in the hilt of a stiletto(it's a diamond tipped stiletto or something along those lines) and now I have to get it repaired. I've looked up through the wiki and here but I can't really find anything about garrote repairs. Is this an easy fix like at an NPC or a player can do it like repairing lockpicks? Or is this gonna be something I have to take to a merchant? Any light shed on this would be helpful, thanks!

I have no idea but I'd be happy to try with my grandmaster rogue if you'd like.

You can buy a "57. a sinew-bound thin wire garrote" from Tykels back room for 4500. Not sure if you can swap that into your hilt, but you could at least keep choking your chickens.

Yeah I actually just tried testing, haven't used a garrote before. I bought a veniom-wrapped wire from the rogue guild shop for 5k and snapped it. Wasn't able to repair it either myself or going to Edwina in WL.

I figured to check the shop in the Landing but as you said no luck. I'm gonna keep checking but it might be back to using my belt! If I find anything I'll report back.
