Anyone picking this game up today? It's getting very solid reviews, though the multiplayer isn't fully up and running yet. Unfortunately, PC gamers will need to wait another 2 weeks to play.

The first one burned me, and I don't like the 2edgy4me anonymous vibe. I've heard it's improved in this regard, but it still feels weird that you're in a hacking game running around with assault rifles and judo-chopping cops.

I got WD1 for free when I bought my PC, maybe that's why never really got all the hate for it. I played through it, was fun enough to be worth the time, kind of like the most recent Mad Max game.

Not sure if I'm interested in WD2 though, protagonist just looks so hipster...
