healing RT?

So was healing RT changed in the last year or two? It seems like I heard something about it, although the formula remains unchanged on the wiki:

Healing RT = Base RT - (Empath Base ranks above spell level / 4) - (Mental Lore, Transformation ranks / 3)

The wiki says that the benefit from empath base ranks is capped at level, which means you need the 57 transformation ranks at cap to get rid of rt completely. I tested it out on the test server, though, and even if I drop all of my transformation lore, I can still heal with no rt at cap. Anyone know how it works?

I did a little bit more experimentation on the test server. It looks like the benefits from empath ranks no longer cap at level. This means, I believe, that at 174 empath ranks you can completely eliminate all RT without transformation lore.

I edited the wiki and removed the part about it capping at character level. I also changed the part that stated a capped empath needs 57 transformation ranks to remove all RT. I guess this means I can shed 7 transformation ranks now!


These are healing roundtimes for a rank 3 limb scar:

100 ranks: 19 sec
110 ranks: 17 sec
120 ranks: 14 sec
124 ranks: 13 sec
132 ranks: 11 sec
162 ranks: 4 sec

Maybe you should try it outside of the test server and see? It should be simple enough to drop those ranks of lore then add them in if the results aren't as expected.
