Lich error with repository downloading updates

I get this message every time I log in:

What does it mean and how can I fix it?

I'd move it out of the Program Files (X86) folder. Put it in C:\users\Yourusername\ instead to avoid permissions issues.

Would I have to uninstall/reinstall or just cut/paste into the new folder?

You should just be able to cut/paste the lich folder into the new one. If you created a shortcut then you would need to recreate that though.
