What Combat Maneuver?

So which combat maneuvers are people training in with their paladins?

I am starting out with bullrush so far. Too early to tell yet if that is going to be worthwhile.

surge of strength, bullrush, and perhaps you'll like a Weapon Specialization.

bullrush makes for a good combo before you swing.. also does some damage, even to undead
