It is a black-ora edged blue longsword.
The blade of the longsword is a tapestry of shades from dark blue to deep purple to black resembling the clouds of an on-coming storm. Streaks of white stream from cloud to cloud. Etched simply onto one of the white streaks is the word "Stormcloud". You also notice a small enchanter's mark.
