How I determined the value:

7x Superior Golvern = 10m
8x Enchant = 20m (30)
9x Enchant = 20m (50)
T1 ensorcell = +2m (52)
T2 ensorcell = +3m (55)
T3 ensorcell = +4m (59)
T4 ensorcell = +5m (64)
Gory Scripts = +5m (69)

That's what it might have costed to make the item but it does not mean that is what it's worth. You paid 35m, I doubt you'll get double that.
