Need Info About Blank Rechargeable Imbeddable

Does this mean if I put 905 in it that the Mage can recharge it anytime with 905? So this is like a blank rechargeable anything? I want to know how rare these things are, if at all.

I've gotten similar messaging on a couple blank imbeds, imbedded them, used up the charges, and could NOT recharge them. The bounty treasurer also could not recharge them. Maybe they are merchant rechargeable. Apparently the messaging needed for a mage rechargeable imbed comes from the second part of a loresong, "You also feel a faint drawing sensation from it, as though when its charge is depleted, it may be refilled."

That is part of the new messaging after the changes made to recharging items.

If it is mage-rechargeable, it will always be at 100%.

But if the item needs to be recharged by a merchant, that message will be the thing that is updated each time to tell you how that new deterioration thing will work.

That right there is mage rechargeable, and it's my understanding the new deterioration mechanics will never affect it. EVEN if you hand it to a merchant to recharge.
