Reallocate=fixskills?

Checked in to my local inn, and hit reassign stats (I have five chances at it). It said:

Reassigning stats will reset any pending skill goals you have set to match your current skill goals. After choosing new stats, you may then choose new skill goals.

Does this mean it functions as a fixskills that also allows me to chance stats?

No, it doesnt. I did it.


If you dont have enough skill points for whatever you're trained in, it automatically drops some skill (it chooses).

What if I've got enough skill points from unlearning something, they're just not usable yet? Same situation?

From the way simu worded it, I'd say probably yes.

Is this an old character with permanent reallocations left? Hang onto them, especially one for the cap.
